Yes, of course ... This program is offered to anyone who is (16) years or older. 

Each class is conducted in real-time by a live instructor within a private online classroom and is administered for (2) hours per session, with two (10) minute breaks. Depending on the class, the sessions may last up to (2 to 5) days. 

Our online meeting space allows attendees to participate from any location using a computer, tablet, or laptop device, with a strong WIFI connection. The device must have an installed audio and camera, otherwise, you will not be able to be heard or seen during the meeting.  In addition, attendees are required to use a headset device to block excessive background noise.

After payment clearance, participants will receive an automatic reminder email with a private URL link embedded to sign in and access the virtual classroom space. Participants may sign in within (20) minutes before and (20) minutes after the start time. The system may place you on hold inside the virtual waiting room area until the facilitator opens the portal access. The instructor will allow access (10-15) minutes before the start time. *** The URL link sent to your email will be the same link used to attend all sessions throughout the class duration, see FAQ's - The No Refund Policy

If you need to reschedule a class session, you will be requested to pay a $25.00 -$35.00 Fee, see FAQ's - The Attendance Policy.

Our classes are highly informative and may require note-taking. Please have a pen and paper to be prepared to take a lot of notes.  Our sessions are not allowed to be video recorded.

* Participation Rule:  If our virtual kiosk detects an unauthorized recording in progress during the session, the virtual kiosk will automatically block your access from further participating in the session; in this case, your session will be considered forfeited, see FAQ's - The No Tolerance Policy 

Due to the number of service requests, sometimes, our calendars tend to fill up fast. The booking slots for Flexible Business Class sessions start approx. (2) weeks from the payment clearance date. The calendar invitation will have up to (2) months of various slots that are open and available for you to select from the day of your payment clearance date. 

** Keep in mind, you have the freedom to schedule at a time frame most convenient for you.

Please take note that the date you select for your class will be the start date for the following class duration. You will only need to schedule your first day and time ... the subsequent days will follow thereafter at the same time selected for the first day. 

For example:   If your session is for (2) days and you select Feb 14th at 3:00 PM CST.

Your classes will be held on Feb. 14th at 3:00 PM and on Feb. 15th at 3:00 PM during the same timeframe selected for the first class, unless otherwise arranged with the instructor.

We strive to bring you the most current, updated information as possible. 

From time to time, we will remove registration links and place a notice of temporary service removal on the page to make you aware that changes are being made. 

We ask for your patience during this time. 

Generally, the updates take approx. (2) weeks to complete. If you do not see an estimated time of service restoration listed, please check back periodically.

On occasions, discussions and topics are not able to be completed within the time frame allotted for the class duration. In this case, an additional class will be scheduled on another date and time that is most convenient for all participants. 

The new date and time will be arranged near the endpoint of the last class session. 

Each participant will be sent a pre-scheduled email that includes the meeting request. The participant will need to open the email to accept the request by clicking "YES" and prepare to attend on the new agreed-upon date and time. The new URL link to attend the session will be embedded within the same email.  

This session will not be charged to the participant. 

The Business Focus Meeting is virtual and "free" to attend. This meeting will not be offered to the general public or anyone who has not successfully completed an enrolled session.

Within (3 to 4) months of class completion, participants will receive an email invitation to register and attend the Business Focus Meeting. Each email recipient must register to receive the private URL link to attend the meeting.

The purpose of the Business Focus Meeting is for the instructor to provide any new updates or changes that may not have been communicated during the scheduled class and to offer each attendee opportunities to ask additional questions, gain clarity on class discussions, network, and share ideas, comments, or helpful insight that may be useful to others, within the group. 

Participants will be invited to attend only one meeting per enrolled class. 

We have limited virtual classroom space, please register as soon as you receive the invitation or by the registration deadline.

We redesigned our business class format to meet the needs of individuals who 

do not wish to wait on the close of registration deadlines to attend a class session.

This platform has a simple (4) step process.

                                                      HOW DOES THIS WORK? 

* -------------------------- *   STEP  # 1. 

• For starters, .... Select the class you would like to take and fill out the registration form. -- A Payment Center link will be sent to your email address, listed on file, within (24) hours of your registration date. The payment link will be for you to pay for your class session. 

If more than one person would like to participate in the same class, each person must fill out a registration form and make payment for their attendance. 

Our virtual kiosk regulates the number of people attending each class, per device, and will automatically block access to anyone violating our policy. 

Each attendee must use a headset device to block background noise and their own separate desktop, tablet, or laptop device to sign in to participate. We recommend that the device be plugged into an electrical socket or fully charged, and have a strong WiFi or internet connection. The device must have an installed audio and camera installed otherwise, you will not be able to be heard or seen during the session. 

* Participation Rule:  All cameras must be turned on throughout the session duration. If cameras are not actively turned on and if more than one (1) person is detected in the virtual space, per any computer device, the virtual kiosk will automatically block your access from further participating in the session; in this case, your session will be considered forfeited, see FAQ's - The No Tolerance Policy.

• Next, ... Once we receive your payment clearance, a Calendar Invitation will be sent to your email for you to schedule your class session. You will schedule according to a date and time that you would like to participate. 

Depending on your banking institution, payments may take up to (3-7) days to clear, see No Refund Policy.

If a calendar date you would like to select is grey or static, the session has been closed or filled by the maximum number of registrants. You will need to select from another date and time shown as open and available for booking.

• And, ... Once you select your date and time. Our calendar system will lock in that timeframe for you and all other registered participants. You will receive reminder notifications leading up to your scheduled participation date.

The reminder notification emails will include a private URL link for you to access the virtual online classroom, no earlier than (20) minutes before and (20) minutes after the start time, see FAQ's - The Attendance Policy.

Be advised, other participants may have scheduled during the same session you have signed up for; in such a case, the session will be considered a group session. If no one other than you has signed up to participate during your selected date and time, the session will be considered a personal one-on-one class session -- allowing you more individualized attention. 

Unfortunately, you will not be allowed to reschedule a missed class session without contacting us and paying a Rescheduling Fee, see FAQ's - The Attendance Policy. In this case and after payment clearance, we will send to your email address a new calendar invitation for you to reschedule your class session.
