Frequently Asked Questions

We expect everyone to be treated friendly and respectfully. 

We have zero tolerance for any behaviors, including language, that are disrespectful, illegal, inappropriate, provocative, threatening, violent, harassing, discriminating, or sexually unwanted. 

We will immediately, without question or conversation, contact the local police authority to remove you from our premises, a report will be made, probable charges will be filed, and you will not be allowed to return on our premises, under any circumstances. 

If any violation of our policies occurs during a virtual or in-person session, the meeting will be immediately canceled and considered forfeited. Depending on the situation, our company may opt to discontinue or refuse future servicing of all kinds. 

We have the right to refuse, decline, terminate, or cancel the rendering of our services, at any time. 

Payments of services, in any form, are prepaid, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-credited, and non-shared. All payments are considered final sales.

If a service is canceled by the host or if the host is more than (15) minutes late, the attendee will have an option to:

• Receive a full refund, up to the service amount paid
• Reschedule, at no charge

Forfeited services are considered canceled, voided, and no longer able to be rendered or honored. In addition, 

• Any payment made for the service will not be refundable
• The service is not allowed to be rescheduled
• The client will need to pay and register as a new attendee
• No special discount or schedule accommodation offered

Attending in our virtual, remote platforms constitutes a release and waiver of rights in the capturing of the attendee's image, likeness, and voice for our exclusive use.

We offer three consulting services:

• Small Business & Nonprofit Consulting Service 
• Grant Writing & Bylaws Consulting Service
• Career & Life Coaching Consulting Service

Our consulting services are private lessons between the host and (1) attendee. If more than (1) person is present, at any time during the live session, the host has the right to immediately end the session or ask that the other person (s) leave the meeting space. If the session is ended, the meeting will be considered forfeited. 

Please participate in a quiet, uninterrupted space. If the host is unable to fully conduct the session due to interruptions, disturbances, or disrespectful behaviors the host has the right to immediately end the session. If the session is ended, the meeting will be considered forfeited. 

After signing up for consulting services, a representative will contact you to confirm your contact information, ask questions about your company, and discuss the meeting requirements. This pre-screening session is:

• Mandatory 
• Must be completed before scheduling a consulting session 
• Conducted over-the-phone 
• Held for no more than (1) hour
• Not charged to the client

After the pre-screening, the attendee will be set up to receive a URL link calendar invitation to his/her email inbox, on or before (2) hours prior to the meeting time. At random, You may receive one or two automatic reminders. 

The attendee may participate in the virtual session using a computer, tablet, or mobile device. Please ensure your device is properly functioning with installed audio equipment and camera. Without the appropriate equipment, the attendee cannot be heard or seen. 

The attendee may enter the virtual online lobby space no more than (10) minutes before the scheduled session. Wait patiently. the host will allow you inside the platform, shortly.

The attendee has (15) minutes, after the start of the session to attend, without penalty, if the host has been notified. If the attendee is more than (15) minutes late and has notified the host, the host is required to end the session and impose a $15.00 rescheduling fee. 

If the attendee is a "no show", the host is required to wait in the meeting space no longer than (20) minutes, allowing time for the attendee to sign on or notify the host. If the session is ended, due to a "no-show", the meeting will be considered forfeited.  

We require a (48) hour notice for all missed sessions, in this case, the attendee may reschedule (1) time, at no charge. If the (48) hour rule is not met or if attendee request rescheduling more than (1) time, the attendee will be required to pay a $15.00 inconvenience fee. The inconvenience fee is due for payment at the time of rescheduling. 

Meetings that are allowed to be rescheduled have up to (30) days of the initial appointment date to be rescheduled. After (30) days the opportunity to reschedule will be forfeited. 

 Participants must be 18 years or older to attend Adult Entrepreneurial Classes.

Absolutely "NO" children or nonpaid attendees allowed inside the building. 

Adult Entrepreneurial Classes are held in person, on-site at:

We offer two platforms for our Adult Entrepreneurial Classes:

1. Small Business Establishment, including Business Plan Writing 
2. Nonprofit Development, including Grant Writing 

The Adult Entrepreneurial Classes are taught in a classroom environment, at-cost to anyone who would like to attend. Our classes are structured in a series format using a rotation schedule that is conveniently arranged for the working population. Each class is held in-person, at various timeframes, Monday - Saturday, for approx. (2.5) hours per session, classes are separately priced, at rates much lower than the current market. Periodically, our material is changed, modified, or updated to ensure participants receive the best up-to-date resources available.

Prior to the beginning of each series, registrants will receive a courtesy invitation to attend a Professional Development & Ethics class. This class is offered free, and optional to any registered attendee.

Classes are primarily hosted by our Lead Consultant and Mentor, Melissa Faye.

Melissa Faye periodically invites other expert consultants to share financial or helpful business-related information. The high points of any shared information will be communicated during the free VIP Focus Meeting, read more about it below. 

Series Platform I:      SMALL BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT CLASS

• Series 101:   The Fundamentals of Professional Development & Ethics is an optional, courtesy class offered to first-time attendees prior to the start date of each series.

• Series 1:   Visualizing Ownership for Small Business & Nonprofit Companies has (18) core topics and (15) subtopics. This series will have (2) sessions 

• Series 2:   The Essentials to Small Business Ownership has (25) core topics and (32) subtopics. This series will have (3) sessions

• Series 3:   Business Plan Writing & Specialized Financing Resources has (19) core topics and (22) subtopics. This series will have (2) sessions

• Series 4:   Business Branding, Marketing, & Outsourced Communication has (10) core topics and (15) subtopics. This series will have (2) sessions

• Series 5:   Small Business Compliance, Human Resources, & Recordkeeping has (25) core topics and (25) subtopics. This series will have (3) sessions

Series Platform II:      NON-PROFIT DEVELOPMENT CLASS

• Series 101:   The Fundamentals of Professional Development & Ethics is an optional, courtesy class offered to first-time attendees prior to the start date of each series.

• Series 1:   The Essentials to Nonprofit Corporation Development has (11) core topics and (18) subtopics. This series will have (2) sessions 

• Series 2:   Becoming a Public Charity Organization for purposes of 501c3 has (12) core topics and (20) subtopics. This series will have (2) sessions

• Series 3:   Nonprofit Branding, Marketing, & Outsourced Communication has (10) core topics and (15) subtopics. This series will have (2) sessions

• Series 4:   Nonprofit Planning, Grant Writing, & Resource Funding has (25) core topics and (36) subtopics. This series will have (3) sessions

• Series 5:   Nonprofit Compliance, Human Resources, & Recordkeeping has (15) core topics and (25) subtopics. This series will have (3) sessions

Due to a limited number of seats, we will allow up to (20) people to purchase at a discounted rate, per each scheduled series. Discounted tickets will be available on the registration page until sold out. Once sold out, the portal will not allow further purchasing of discounted tickets, the registrants must purchase a regularly priced ticket to attend. Our series will generally start over every other half month.                                        

The VIP Focus Meetings are optional, only for participants of the Adult Entrepreneurial Classes. It is a free service held virtually within our private online conference platform. The VIP Focus Meetings are generally held within (1-2) months after each scheduled class session. Meetings are held for up to (2) hours and will allow attendees to have an open dialog to:

•  Ask questions, network, share ideas, gain more insight, and receive clarity on topics discussed during his/her class session

• Receive any useful updated information communicated to the consultant that was not shared during the class session.

The attendee may participate in the virtual session using a computer, tablet, or mobile device. Please ensure your device is properly functioning with installed audio equipment and camera. Without the appropriate equipment, the attendee cannot be heard or seen.

The VIP Focus Meetings will include all class participants, up to the previous (2) months, spacing will be limited. Please register early. Registration opportunities will close once filled. 

                                                                    TO ATTEND

• A private registration link will be sent to each participant via his/her personal email address on file, please do not miss the registration deadline. 

• Participants will only be invited to attend (1) VIP Focus meeting and will be given choices to select from multiple times and dates to attend. Participants can only select to enroll in one session.

• Shortly after submitting your registration, a calendar invitation link outlining your selected date/time will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive the calendar invite on or before the date of the meeting, please reach out to us. 

• Once the registration deadline ends, if you are unable to attend, fail to register, or miss the deadline, for whatever reason, we will "not" be allowed to reinvite you. This is primarily due to aligning fairness for ongoing class enrollments, to ensure those who are most recently enrolled have first available registration. 

We take a personalized approach to training and mentoring ISD High School students, grades 11th-12th, in small business and nonprofit development. This program is held 100% online, within a private conference platform, with our lead consultant. The classroom topics will derive from startup, operations, branding, marketing, financing, and other helpful knowledge students will need to establish successful future businesses.

To Get Started

1. Complete the registration form 
2. Attach official Letterhead from ISD School, verifying the student's active enrolled school status and grade level
3. Make payment

Registration will not be accepted without letterhead and successful payment. 

Once registered, a representative will contact the student for a brief pre-screening. The pre-screening session will last for no more than (30) minutes to: 

• Introduce the program 
• Communicate requirements
• Ask career-related questions
• Schedule meeting dates and time
• Setup online access

We use information from the pre-screening to align students in the appropriate program. 

To ensure student interaction, each meeting group will be limited to (30) or fewer students.
