We expect everyone to be treated in a friendly and respectful manner. 


We have zero tolerance for any behaviors, including language, that are disrespectful, illegal, inappropriate, provocative, threatening, violent, harassing, discriminatory, or sexually unwanted. The facilitator has the right to immediately remove and/or terminate, current and future, access of any person demonstrating such behaviors. In addition, our facilitators have the right to ask violators to vacate and leave the premises immediately.


In the event of seemingly threatening or harmful situations, we will immediately, without question or conversation, contact the local police authority to remove a violator(s) from our company premises or any hosted venue. A report will be made, probable charges will be filed, and the violator(s) will not be allowed to return to the premises under any circumstances. 


Any violation of this policy during a virtual session, the attendee's access may immediately be discontinued and/or removed. If the access is removed, further participation in subsequent meetings may be denied and considered forfeited, at the company's discretion. 


Our company has the right to refuse, decline, terminate, or cancel the rendering of current or future services, at any time. 


The meaning of our company's Forfeiture of Service Policy involves: 


  • Immediate cancellation, no accommodation offered
  • No rescheduling, service is no longer considered for rendering
  • No refund consideration, see Refund Policy
  • Missed discussions, will not be communicated or followed up on
  • Continued service, may or may not be accepted, company's discretion
  • New registration, may or may not be accepted, company's discretion




Partial refunds and cancellations are granted under special conditions.




We ensure all services provided are governed by a contractual service agreement outlining the scope, terms, and responsibilities for all parties. The service agreement policy ensures mutual understanding and sets clear expectations to promote a professional, transparent, and effective working relationship. 


We are not allowed to schedule sessions without a signed and agreed upon service agreement. 


Clients will have up to (5) business days from the payment clearance date to sign the agreement. An "eSignature" email will be sent for your electronic signature and a copy of the signed Service Agreement will be sent back to you for your records.





We strive to bring you the most current, updated information as possible. 


From time to time, we will remove registration links and place a notice of temporary service removal on the page to make you aware that changes are being made. 


Generally, the updates take approx. (2) weeks to complete. If you do not see an estimated time of service restoration listed, please check back periodically. 


We ask for your patience during this time.

We expect our meetings to start on time, without interruption.


We do not allow children or unpaid attendees in our meeting venue spaces.

 ****  Virtual, Online  -Late Attendance  ****

  • Attendees are encouraged to sign into the remote platform (10) minutes or more before the start time. Open entry access into the virtual space will be allowed for up to (20) minutes after the start of the session. 


  • To prevent class distractions and interruptions, ... no one will be allowed to enter a live session after (20) minutes from the start time, unless you were previously attending and a technical issue occurred that kicked you out of the session, such as a line dropped, or a stall or frozen screen.


  • If you are more than (20) minutes late or will fully miss a session, please contact us to arrange ways for you to retrieve information related to the topic.

****  In-Person, Onsite  -Late Attendance  ****

  • All students will verify registration through electronic sign-in. No one is allowed in the classroom without a cleared sign-in verification with a signature stamp. ** Due to safety concerns, all unauthorized people and children will not be allowed in the classroom space or to wait inside the hosted venue. Unauthorized attendees will be asked to leave from inside and/or from outside the premises. 

              **  Soliciting is not allowed.


  • Please be on time! ... Attendees will be allowed into the classroom approximately (20) minutes before the start time and will be allowed to sign in to attend the class for up to (30) minutes after the start of the session. 


  • Late attendees who are (31) or more minutes late must wait outside the classroom space inside the lobby sitting area until the session lets out for a break. In such a case, the participant may ask a class member for any missed notations. The facilitator is not obligated to reiterate or catch you up on any missed discussions. 




Payment links are sent to the email address noted on the submitted registration form. 


Our payments are safe, encrypted, and secure. 


The steps to making a payment are as follows:


  • Start your registration or request from the page or tab of your preferred service.


  • Submit your form, please ensure all information is correct before submitting. 


  • Go to your email inbox to search for "The Confirmation Notice."


  • Read the Confirmation Notice and click on the "Reserve Your Seat" link to select to make your payment for your preferred class.


  • Depending on your banking institution, the non-refundable payment may take up to (3) days or more to post and clear.


  • After payment clearance, a service agreement email will be sent for "eSignature," allowing up to (5) business days from the clearance payment date to be acknowledged and signed. A copy will be sent back to the client for their records. 


  • After the service agreement has been acknowledged and signed, a calendar invitation will be sent via email to schedule an over-the-phone meeting with a representative during your preferred day and time.  


  • During the call, the representative will confirm registration, introduce the services, discuss expectations, communicate requirements, schedule/finalize participation date, set up online access to the virtual classroom portal, and answer any questions you may have.            --This session may last up to (60) minutes.

  • Offered only to In-Person Class participants


  • Not offered to Youth Program or Flexible Business Class participants


  • You Must Purchase FAST! ... The Early Bird Registration Tickets are sold, per each class series, to the first (10-20) registrants who select to purchase. If available, tickets can be purchased inside the payment center. 


  • The payment center link will be sent to you via email after completing and submitting your registration form, see How Do I Make A Payment?.


  • Make sure to check Early Bird Ticket availability FIRST! ... The remaining number of available tickets or the sold-out status will be visible within the payment center. If tickets are available, we encourage you to take advantage and make a purchase. If you fail to purchase a discounted ticket, we will not refund or credit the difference. 


  • Don't Wait Too Late! ... Once discount tickets are sold out, you must purchase a ticket at the regular price to attend a class.




  • Registrants may receive repeated reminders to attend, up to the session start time. 


  • Must participate using a desktop computer, tablet, or laptop device, with a strong Wi-Fi or internet signal. Make sure the device is properly functioning with a fully charged battery. The device must have an installed audio and camera installed otherwise, you will not be able to be heard or seen. 


  • A headset device is required and must be used during every participating session, to block excessive background noise and to aid with a better hearing and learning experience. 


  • PLEASE BE ON TIME!   The attendee will not be allowed entry access after (20) minutes of the start time.  ** Please wait patiently! You may be placed inside the virtual lobby area awaiting entry access into the virtual space. You will not be able to see, chat, or interact with other classmates until after allowed classroom entry.


  • Please participate in a quiet, uninterrupted space and show respect to all fellow attendees, see Zero Tolerance Policy.
