The services we provide are intended for business, personal, and professional development. These services are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or other mental health care. 

We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health disorder or crisis, please seek help 

from a licensed mental health professional or contact your local emergency services.


In addition, any correspondence or materials provided to a client does not constitute, substitute, and should not be construed as legal advice. We advise clients to consult with a licensed attorney or legal aid for any specific legal guidance. 





A positive and respectful environment for all is the goal. Everyone is expected to treat each other with courtesy and dignity. The right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue services to individuals whose conduct disrupts the provision of services or jeopardizes the safety of our staff, guests, or volunteers is reserved.


We have zero tolerance for any behaviors, including language, that are disruptive, harmful, disrespectful, illegal, inappropriate, provocative, threatening, violent, harassing, discriminatory, or sexually unwanted. Any participant demonstrating behaviors that violate this code of conduct may be immediately terminated and removed. Termination may result in immediate removal from premises and remote platforms without warning, refund, and a prohibition from future participation. 


Be advised that in the case of a seemingly threatening or harmful situation, the local police authorities will be contacted, a police report will be filed in connection with the incident, and legal action, including potential criminal charges may result. 


In a breach of this code of conduct policy, an investigation may be conducted to determine whether the company will continue a business relationship. If continued relations is determined, the participant may opt to reschedule the meeting (s) to gain knowledge of any missed material.





To promote open dialogue without concern for redistribution and to maintain the integrity, privacy, and confidentiality, clients and participants of our programs are not permitted to record meetings in any form (audio, video, screen capture) unless explicit, written permission is granted in advance by Consulting You, LLC.


Any unauthorized recording may be considered a breach of the service agreement and grounds for immediate service termination and cancellation of any upcoming reserved appointments. 





All services are prepaid only. 


Deposits are non-refundable, non-reversible, non-shared, non-credited, & non-transferable.


Partial refunds and cancellations are granted under special conditions.





We ensure all provided services are governed by a contractual service agreement outlining the scope, terms, and responsibilities for all parties. The service agreement policy ensures mutual understanding and sets clear expectations to promote a professional, transparent, and effective working relationship. 


We are not allowed to schedule sessions without a signed and agreed upon service agreement. 


Clients will have up to (5) business days from the payment clearance date to sign the agreement. An "eSignature" email will be sent for your electronic signature and a copy of the signed Service Agreement will be sent back to you for your records.





We strive to bring you the most current, updated information as possible. From time to time, we will remove registration links and place a notice of temporary service removal on the page to inform that changes and updates are being made. 


This process generally takes (2) or more weeks to fully complete. If you do not see an estimated time of service restoration stipulated on the page announcement, please check back periodically or feel free to contact us at:      Send A Message     or    (817) 527-2222.





Please do not have any unauthorized people in the vicinity of the virtual meeting space. Unauthorized access or background activity will trigger an automatic access lockout. 


  • All participants must submit to a name verification process before gaining access into the private virtual platform. The participant's attendance is then time-stamped into the history. -- Make sure to remain logged into the portal and wait in the virtual lobby until the host allows you entry access. 


  • Attendees are encouraged to sign into the remote platform (10) minutes or more before the start time. The entry access into the private virtual platform will be allowed for up to the first (20) minutes after the start of the meeting. 


  • To prevent class distractions and interruptions, ... no one will be allowed to enter a live session after (20) minutes from the meeting's start time, -- unless you were previously in the meeting but due to a technical issue you were kicked out of the active meeting, ... such as a line dropped, or a stall, or frozen screen. In the case of a technical issue, you will be allowed back into the private virtual space. 


  • If you will be more than (20) minutes late or will not attend the meeting at all, please contact us to arrange ways for you to retrieve the missed information or you may request to reschedule the session, see your service agreement - terms & conditions for more details. 





We offer both one-on-one (individual) and group sessions for all of our services.


For Group Meetings:    At the point of registration, please list the names of each person who will attend the meetings with you. Each person will need to fill out his/her registration and go through the same process as an individual client. After the prescreening process, if prescreening is required for the service, a representative will coordinate with the team to schedule a specific meeting date and time that everyone can attend simultaneously. The representative will send a prearranged calendar invitation to all group members, who can accept by clicking "YES". -- Leading up to the day of the meeting, each group member will receive reminder alerts in their email inboxes. 


The process for each person is as follows:


  • Complete registration
  • Pay A 50% deposit for the service
  • Agreement Signing & Balance Payment
  • (If applicable)   Schedule:  Prescreening
  • Schedule:  Official Consultation Meeting





Our Payment Center links are safe, encrypted, and secure. 


For Deposits:   Most Payment Center links are sent embedded in the Confirmation Notice email after submitting the registration form, except for Business Classes. The confirmation notice will be sent to the email address listed on the registration form. If you do not see the confirmation notice in your inbox, please check your spam folder.


For Business Classes Deposits:   The Payment Center link will generate to be sent to your email inbox within (24) hours during normal business days, and (48) hours if your registration form was submitted over the weekend. It is normal for the Payment Center link to send the link to email addresses and phone numbers that are listed on the registration form.


All deposit payments are non-refundable, non-reversible, non-shared, and non-transferable. 


For Remaining Balances:   The remaining balances are due at the time of the service agreement signing. There will be a Payment Center link to process your payment before e-signing the document. Unfortunately, you will not be able to submit the signed service agreement with an attached payment.


Partial payments are granted under special conditions, discretioned by the company.


Services of any kind will not be rendered until all payment clearances are satisfied. Depending on your banking institution, it may take more than (3) business days before your payment successfully clears. 





  • (# 1.)   The participant must use a properly functioning Desktop, Tablet, or Laptop computer device that has a strong WIFI or internet connection and is fully charged. 


We recommend that your device be plugged into a power outlet. -- Cell phones are not recommended due to the potential for frequency interference with the virtual platform. 



  • (# 2.)   The computer device must have properly functioning audio and camera equipment installed. 


Otherwise, you will not be able to be heard or seen within the platform. 



  • (# 3.)   A headset device is required and must be worn during every participating meeting. 


This is to block excessive background noise and to aid with a better hearing and learning experience. 





  • Our business class registration platform is open for ( 17 ) weeks at a time. 


  • Following the ( 17 ) weeks, we will take a short registration break.


  • By which, the registration platform will be closed for ( 8 ) weeks.


  • During this time, we will host:
    • The Business Focus Meetings - and -
    • If scheduled, ... the Breakthrough Business Empowerment ReTreats 


  • A re-open date will be shown on the registration page.


  • If you are interested in registering for our business classes, please either:
    •  Set a reminder for you to come back on the date specified - or -
    • "Subscribe To Us!," ... and a registration notification will be sent to you
