Request for A Refund

Please review your terms and conditions agreement for any provisions regarding the refund process. In most cases, the client has (10) business days to make a request. 

• Within (48) hours of submission, you will receive an email detailing the next steps, if any. 

• If your request is denied, you will receive an email informing you of the decision and the reason for the denial.
