Rescheduling A Meeting

Please review your terms & conditions agreement for provisions regarding the rescheduling process. In most cases, the client has (10) business days to make a request.

• If no fee is required, you must attach a complimentary email notice or voucher to this request. You will receive a calendar invitation to reschedule the missed session.

• If a fee is required, you will receive an email with a payment center link to make your payment. --- If you are requesting to reschedule for more than one day, the payment link balance will reflect a total amount due for all days. --- A calendar invitation will be sent for you to schedule your missed session within (3) business days of the payment clearance date.

• If your request is denied, you will receive an email informing you of the decision and the reason for the denial.
