Rescheduling A Meeting

Please see your terms & conditions agreement for any questionable provisions regarding the rescheduling process. In most cases, clients have up to (15) business days from an occurrence to request a reschedule.

• If the request is approved and no fee is required, you will receive a calendar invitation to reschedule the missed session, within (48) hours of the request date.

• If the request is approved and a fee is required, you will receive an email with a payment center link to make your payment. If you are requesting a reschedule for more than one day, the payment link balance will reflect a total amount due for all days. A calendar invitation will be sent for you to schedule your missed session within (3) days of the payment clearance date.

• If your request to reschedule is denied, you will receive an email informing you of the decision and the reason for the denial, within (48) hours of the request date.
