Document Editing Service

Our Document Editing Service uses a professional drafting and evaluation technique to analyze existing documents. We provide detailed feedback, recommendations, and suggested modifications to improve clarity, structure, and effectiveness. Each document is carefully reviewed for grammer, punctuation, spelling, sentence construction, and manuscript style. In addition, we identify areas with unnecessary or excessive explanations to help streamline your message and improve overall readability. 

After your document has been reviewed, you will receive electronic notations outlining our observations, corrections, and recommendations. These notations are intended to help guide you in refining and polishing your document. Our service focuses on document critiquing and proofing; clients are responsible for implementing the suggested revisions. 

• Must be typed double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12 font
• Document must indicate page numbers, at top or bottom
• Submit electronically in a standard PDF format.
• Ensure all documents are complete, clearly titled, and organized in its most current draft prior to saving as PDF.

We do not reorganize or rearrange document content or sections. To ensure an accurate assessment, documents must be in the order and format by which they would be presented to a potential recipient.

• The document should include all relevant sections, headings, and supporting content that the client wishes to have evaluated. 
• Please remove from within the document any charts, graphs, tables, figures, or other visual illustrations. We limit our services to only reviewing and evaluating written text.
