Backed by over (30) years of industry and leadership experience, Melissa Faye works alongside a small team to deliver expert guidance and comprehensive support. Their work focuses on streamlined and reliable operational processes to strengthen businesses, nonprofits, and future entrepreneurial leaders.
Melissa is currently pursuing a Master of Christian Education & Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary, in Dallas, TX where she is studying ministerial counseling, biblical teaching, and spiritual leadership. In addition, she works in the corporate sector as a Senior Human Resource Professional and practices as a Small Business, Income Tax, & Personal Growth Consultant.
In preparation of a new business venture that will spearhead mid-2027, Melissa is in the early planning stages to launch a series of (3) Day Women's Empowerment Retreats. These retreats are exclusively for women who are ready to grow in entrepreneurship, deepen their faith, and strengthen their overall well-being.
