Our services are non-therapeutic and does not substitute for mental health therapy care or counseling. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health disorder or crisis, please seek help from a licensed mental health professional or contact your local 911 emergency services. 


In addition, any correspondence or materials provided to our clients should not constitute, substitute, and be construed as legal advice of any nature. For legal guidance, we advise you to consult with a licensed attorney or legal aid. 





Our expectation is a positive and respectful environment for all. Everyone must treat each other with courtesy and dignity. 


We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue our business relationship with anyone whose conduct disrupts the provision of our services or jeopardizes the safety of our staff, guests, or volunteers. Such circumstances may result in the immediate termination of all communication and correspondence.


We enforce a strict zero tolerance policy for any behavior, including language, that are disruptive, harmful, disrespectful, illegal, inappropriate, provocative, threatening, violent, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or sexually unwanted. Any client demonstrating a behavior that violate this Code of Conduct may immediately be removed from and lose access to our virtual conference platform with or without warning, resulting in loss of refund and a prohibition from future participation. 


Be advised that in the case of a seemingly threatening or harmful situation, the local police authorities will be contacted, a police report will be filed in connection with the incident, and legal action, including potential criminal charges may result. 


In a breach of this code of conduct policy, an investigation may be conducted to determine whether the company will continue its business relationship with the client. If continuation is permitted, the client may have the option to reschedule the session to obtain any material or information that was missed





Unauthorized Recording:


  • To promote open dialogue without concern for redistribution and to maintain integrity, privacy, and confidentiality, clients are not allowed to record meetings in any form (audio, video, screen capture) unless written permission granted in advance by Consulting You, LLC.


  • Unauthorized recordings may be considered a breach of the service agreement and grounds for immediate service termination and cancellation of future services. 


Unauthorized Attendee:


  • Our sessions are privately arranged and reserved exclusively for the individuals who have paid for the service or have been selected as a complimentary recipient. 


  • Unauthorized attendees are strictly prohibited during virtual sessions. Any unauthorized access or background activity may trigger an immediate session lockout or termination by which may result in a reschedule. 





  • All services are governed by the Terms and Conditions outlined in our service agreements, including purchased, complimentary, and awarded.


  • The intended purpose of our service agreements are to establish clear expectations and ensure fair, ethical, and professional practices for both our organization and the clients we serve. 


  • Our service agreement policy is applied consistently to all clients and is not based on any form of discrimination. 


  • All clients are required to review and agree by signature to our service terms and conditions before services, of any kind, can be offered. 


  • We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone who declines to acknowledge and accept the terms of our service agreements.





  • To streamline our payment process, payment links are removed from the website. 


  • Should you decide to move forward with a purchase, we will email you a secure payment link reflecting the preferred service plan you requested.


  • Payments, once submitted, are nonrefundable, nonreversible, nonshared, noncredited, and nontransferable.  


  • Full refunds are not offered; however, under certain conditions outlined in the service agreement, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

  • We understand that unexpected delays can happen; however, clients have a (15) minute grace period to join the virtual session. If you have not joined within (15) minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be canceled and must be rescheduled. 


The virtual platform experience:


  • Participants will submit to a name verification process prior to receiving access into the private virtual platform by which the system will time-stamp the attendance history. -- Once logged in, please remain in the virtual lobby until the host allows you entry access to start the meeting. 


  • Attendees are encouraged to sign in the remote platform (5-10) minutes prior to the start time. Late participants will have access into the meeting space for the first (15) minutes after the scheduled start time that was prearranged for the session.


  • In the case of technical issues, i.e., dropped line, stall, frozen screen:  If the participant log into the platform within the first (15) minutes of the start time, the system will time-stamp their attendance and allow reentry back into the meeting space, otherwise at the (16th) minute the system will automatically close the session and mark the participant as absent, signifying a no-show attendance.

  • Participation # 1:    ONE-ON-ONE 


Is a private personalized meeting reserved for a single person. The meeting will be designed tailored to the specific needs of the client. 


Once the client informs us they want to make a purchase, a secure payment link will be sent to their email. After payment is confirmed, the client will receive access to our company calendar in their email to conveniently schedule the meeting. 


When a client is ready to schedule additional sessions of the same paid service plan, they must visit the "Request Forms" tab and complete a "Schedule" request form. Within (24-48) hours of the submission, a new calendar link will be sent to schedule the next appointment.

  • Participation # 2:    GROUP 


Is structured for multiple participation to engage in collaborative discussions and receive guidance in a shared setting. Each member must individually sign up, prescreen, and submit payment for their attendance. 


Once all members decide to make a purchase, a secure payment link will be sent to each member. After payment is confirmed, a representative will coordinate the meeting and distribute the prearranged calendar invitation to all registered members. 


When clients are ready to schedule additional sessions of the same paid service plan, each member must visit the "Request Forms" tab and complete a "Schedule" request form. Within (24-48) hours of the submission, a representative will call to arrange a new calendar invitation session for all members of the same group and will distribute the prearranged calendar invitation out to all registered members. 





  • The virtual platform is an online conference and meeting space. Participants can use a desktop, tablet, or laptop device. 


  • The computer device must have a strong WIFI internet connection and be plugged into a power outlet. This is to minimize service interruptions or power outages.


  • We do not recommend using cellphone devices due to frequency interferences.


  • Participants must have properly functioning audio and camera equipment installed on their device. Otherwise, the attendee will not be able to hear or be seen in the virtual space; by which the meeting will be cancelled, pending reschedule.


  • We highly recommend a headset device be worn during the entire session. This is to block excessive background noise, offering a better hearing and learning experience.





To ensure fairness and respect, the following policies apply to all virtual meeting arrangements. By scheduling or booking a session, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms of these policies:


  • RESCHEDULING


Clients has one (1) month from the day of a missed session to reschedule, by which after the one-month grace period, the rescheduling opportunity will not be honored and the missed session will be consider forfeited, no refund allowed.  


We may honor one (1) complimentary reschedule, at company discretion, except for a complimentary, award , waiver, and no-show appointments, see below.


After the complimentary reschedule has been used, any additional request to reschedule will require a $10.00 prepaid, rescheduling fee. All clients who are complimentary, waivered, or awarded must pay $10.00 rescheduling fee, no exceptions.  -- A payment link will be sent to your email, after the verification process.  -- This fee must be paid prior to scheduling a new appointment. -- Once payment has successfully processed, a calender invitation link will be sent to your email to reschedule your session at your convenience. 


  • CANCELLATIONS


Cancellations made less than (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time will be considered a late cancellation. -- A late cancellation will require a $10.00 to rescheduling fee to book a future appointment.   ( - See, Rescheduling Policy )


  • NO-SHOWS


If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without submitting a notice of your absence, the occurrence will be considered a no-show. -- No-show appointments are not eligible for rescheduling without payment, in which a $10.00 fee will be required to book a new appointment. -- The complimentary reschedule opportunity "will not" be honored in the event of a no-show appointment.   ( -See, Rescheduling Policy )


  • COURTESY WAIVER


As a courtesy and in the case of an unforeseen circumstance, an one (1) time waiver may be requested. After the waiver has been approved and used, all future reschedule requests that exceed the first complimentary reschedule will require the $10.00 rescheduling fee with no further exceptions. Clients of complimentary or awarded services are not eligible for a waiver. --A waiver may only be requested after the one (1) complimentary rescheduling opportunity has been used or disallowed.





  • Complimentary service is an one-time courtesy offered on a voluntary basis.


  • Complimentary service require a signed service agreement prior to participation. 


  • Participants may discontinue at any time.


  • Individuals may participate in a single session, a portion of a session, or decline further participation entirely. 





  • A one-time discount, at the rate of 10% of the first service order.


  • This discount excludes the Income Tax Preparation Service.


  • During your inquiry call, let us know that you are a new customer so we can properly note your eligibility for the new client discount, as our agents have limited access to our client database.


  • After you confirm that you would like to proceed with a purchase, a secure payment link reflecting your 10% New Client Discount will be sent to your email.

 




  • This is a one-time opportunity open for anyone!  --So whether you are considering business ownership, have an existing business or just started a new business, we encourage you to sign up for this opportunity. 


  • Occassionally, we randomly select individuals to recieve two (1) hour complimentary consultation sessions and (1) complimentary discovery session as a special opportunity to receive guidance, insight, and support at no cost to you. 


  • Individuals who are selected will receive an official Award Letter via email notifying they are a chosen recipient. This Award Letter serves as confirmation of eligibility for the complimentary sessions. 


  • Once you have made your decision, simply reply back to the same email indicating your acceptance or declination. --Recipients have (2) weeks from the email sent-date to respond back to us. 


  • The Service Award Program sessions are limited, non-transferable, and subject to availability. This opportunity is offered as a courtesy and does not guarantee additional services beyond the awarded sessions.  (See, Complimentary Policy)

  • Event # 1.)   Once you confirm your intent to proceed with a purchase, a service agreement will be sent to you for review and signature. The agreement may be signed electronically or manually. After the signed agreement is received, a secure payment link will be issued for you to submit your payment.


  • Event # 2.)   After payment processing, a private calendar link will be sent via email, within 24-48 hours for you to schedule a complimentary discovery meeting. This session is expected to take up to one-hour.


  • Event # 3.)   Once discovery meeting is completed, the client will be ready to start scheduling appointments for their formal consultaion sessions. At the endpoint of the discovery session, the client may: 
    • Ask the representative to set up their initial formal consultation
    • Or, decide to schedule at a later time, see Ready to Schedule Request Form.


  • For (2) or more formal consultation sessions:  Each session will include a review of open items, followed by discussion, and progress on to addressing new topics.
