  • Participation # 1:    ONE-ON-ONE 


Is a private personalized meeting reserved for a single person. The meeting will be designed tailored to the specific needs of the client. 


Once the client informs us they want to make a purchase, a secure payment link will be sent to their email. After payment is confirmed, the client will receive access to our company calendar in their email to conveniently schedule the meeting. 


When a client is ready to schedule additional sessions of the same paid service plan, they must visit the "Request Forms" tab and complete a "Schedule" request form. Within (24-48) hours of the submission, a new calendar link will be sent to schedule the next appointment.

  • Participation # 2:    GROUP 


Is structured for multiple participation to engage in collaborative discussions and receive guidance in a shared setting. Each member must individually sign up, prescreen, and submit payment for their attendance. 


Once all members decide to make a purchase, a secure payment link will be sent to each member. After payment is confirmed, a representative will coordinate the meeting and distribute the prearranged calendar invitation to all registered members. 


When clients are ready to schedule additional sessions of the same paid service plan, each member must visit the "Request Forms" tab and complete a "Schedule" request form. Within (24-48) hours of the submission, a representative will call to arrange a new calendar invitation session for all members of the same group and will distribute the prearranged calendar invitation out to all registered members. 





  • Plan Option # 1:     Hourly Consulting Plan
    • Held up to (60) Minutes per Session
    • Minimum (2) Hour Purchase
    • Consist of (1) Discovery Consultation Meeting
    • Consist of a choice of either:  
      • (1)  Two-Hr Formal Consultation Session  -or-
      • (2)  One-Hr Formal Consultation Sessions


  • Plan Option # 2:     Tier Package Plans
    • Customized Curriculum-Based Training
    • Select Your Preferred Tier, - no tier order required
    • Held up to (90) minutes per Session
    • Consist of (1) Discovery Consultation Meeting
    • Consist of (5) Formal Consultation Sessions
    • Each Tier Is Individually Priced
    • Additional Hours Are Discounted for 6-Months


The Tier Package Plans include a set number of sessions; however, in some cases this plan may require additional sessions to achieve desired outcomes. In such a case, additional hours are charged at a discounted rate.





  • To improve efficiency and streamline our payment process, payment links are no longer displayed on our website. 


  • Should you decide to move forward with a purchase, we will email you a secure payment link to your preferred service plan.


  • Submitted payments are non-refundable, non-reversible, non-shared, non-credited, and non-transferable.  


  • Partial refunds are granted under special conditions, see Service Agreement.





  • We offer flexible scheduling that allow our clients to have full control in arranging their consultation meetings at times and dates that are most convenient for them.  


  • Consultation hours or sessions cannot be carried over the designated term. Unused consultation hours or sessions will expire and become forfeited as follows:
    • Hourly Service Plans:  Clients has (3) months from the day of purchase to use.
    • Tier Package Plans:  Client has (6) months from the day of purchase to use.


  • When you are ready to schedule your session(s), the process is simple:
    • Go to the  "FORMS"  tab.
    • Click on the  "SCHEDULE" request form.
    • Fill out the form and click "SUBMIT".


  • Within 24-48 hours of your submission, our company's calendar link will be sent to your email for you to schedule your session whenever you are ready.


  • Once you have booked your session, the meeting will be held at the time and date arranged. -- Our scheduling systems will generate automatic reminders.





  • For Individuals:   A calendar link will be sent to you via email within 24-hours of payment clearance date.


  • For Group:   All group sessions will be scheduled directly by a representative rather than through a calendar link. -- Once the calendar event has been booked,  the scheduled meeting link will be shared with all group members.

 

  • Once a session is booked, the calendar portal will automatically send reminder notifications to each participant, leading up to the meeting date.





  • A one-time discount, at the rate of 10% of the first service order.


  • This promotion excludes the Income Tax Preparation Service.


  • During your inquiry call, please let us know that you are a new customer so we can properly note your eligibility for the new client discount, as our agents have limited access to our client database.


  • After you confirm that you would like to proceed with a service purchase, a secure payment link reflecting your 10% New Client Discount will be sent to your email.





  • Complimentary services are offered as a courtesy, on a voluntary basis.


  • Complimentary services require a signed service agreement prior to participation. 


  • Participants may discontinue at any time and is not required to attend additional sessions or make a purchase.


  • Individuals may choose to participate in a single session, a portion of a session, or decline further participation entirely.

  • # 2.)   Needing prayer or someone to talk to?   We extend support to our community by providing (3) one-hour complimentary counseling sessions. These initial meetings will offer an opportunity to discuss your goals, explore your concerns, and determine whether our Christ-centered approach is the right ongoing fit for you, if you are interested, please click the link:    Christian Counseling Support Request


  • # 3.)   Discovery Consultation Meeting.   Within 24-48 hours of the processed payment confirmation, a private calendar link will be sent via email to schedule a complimentary discovery session. This is the beginning stage for our prescreening process to ask relatable questions, clarify goals, and determine the best consulting approach. This meeting is held prior to the inital formal consultation and is expected to take up to one-hour.





  • This is a one-time opportunity for anyone who wishes to apply!  --So whether you are considering business ownership, have an existing business, or just started a new business venture, we encourage you to sign up. 


  • Occassionally, we randomly select individuals to receive two (1) hour complimentary consultation sessions and (1) complimentary discovery session as a special opportunity to receive guidance, insight, and support at no cost. 


  • Individuals who are selected will receive a confimation issued as a formal official Award Letter via email notifying your approval eligibility.


  • Once you receive the email notification indicating an approved status, simply reply back to the email to inform us of your acceptance or declination to the offer.


To enter your chance for an opportunity, submit your inquiry under the Form Request tab of the website's header, click on "Service Award Program". 





  • Event # 1.)   Once you confirm your intent to proceed with a purchase, a service agreement will be sent to you for review and signature. The agreement may be signed electronically or manually. After the signed agreement is received, a secure payment link will be issued for you to submit your payment.


  • Event # 2.)   After payment clearance, a private calendar link will be sent via email, within 24-48 hours for you to schedule a complimentary discovery meeting. This session is expected to take up to one-hour.


For Group:   All group sessions will be scheduled directly by a representative rather than through a calendar link. -- Once the calendar event has been booked,  the scheduled meeting link will be shared with all group members. 


  • Event # 3.)   Once discovery meeting is completed, the client will be ready to start scheduling appointments for their formal consultaion sessions. At the endpoint of the discovery session, the client may: 
    • Ask the representative to set up their initial formal consultation
    • Or, decide to schedule at a later time, see the Schedule Request Form.


  • For (2) or more formal consultation sessions:  Each session will include a review of open items, followed by discussion, and progress on to addressing new topics.
