Request Complimentary Minutes

Please see your terms & conditions agreement for any questionable provisions regarding the complimentary process. In most cases, the client has up to (60) business days from the occurrence to make a request.

• For consideration, a complimentary email notice or voucher must be attached to the request. 

• If the request is approved, you will receive a calendar invitation to schedule your meeting within (3) business days. 

• If your request is denied, you will receive an email informing you of the decision and the reason for the denial, within (48) hours of the request date.
