Rescheduling A Meeting

Instructions:

To ensure availability and respect for scheduled time slots:

Clients are allowed (1) complimentary reschedule for their virtual meeting if they are unable to attend their originally scheduled time.

After the first complimentary reschedule, any additional request to move an appointment to another day or time will require a $10.00 prepaid rescheduling fee. If arranged for a group session, all members of the group must pay a rescheduling fee in order to attend the rescheduled meeting.

This fee must be paid in advance before a new calender invitation link can be sent to your email for rescheduling the missed session.

To request a reschedule, please complete the "Reschedule Request Form" and submit. If for a group, each group member must submit a request form.

Once your rescheduling status has been verified, you will either recieve:
- A payment link to pay the rescheduling fee. Once payment is confirmed, a calendar link for your rescheduled session will be sent to your email within 48-72 hours for you to reschedule on a day and time that is most convenient for you. - or -
- A calendar link will be sent to your email, within 48-72 hours for you to conveniently reschedule your session.
