Professional Career
Backed by over (30) years of industry and leadership experience, Melissa Faye works alongside a small team to deliver expert guidance and comprehensive support. Their work focuses on streamlined and reliable operational processes to strengthen businesses, nonprofits, and future entreprenuerial leaders.
Melissa is currently pursuing a Master of Christain Education & Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary, where she is studying ministerial counseling, biblical teaching, and spiritual leadership. In addition, she works in the corporate sector as a Senior Human Resource Professional and indpendently practices as a Senior Small Business & Personal Growth Consultant.
In preparation of a new business venture beginning mid-2027, Melissa is in the early planning stages to launch a series of (3)-Day Women Empowerment Retreats.
