Our services are non-therapeutic and does not substitute for mental health therapy care or counseling. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health disorder or crisis, please seek help from a licensed mental health professional or contact your local 911 emergency services. 

In addition, any correspondence or materials provided to our clients should not constitute, substitute, and be construed as legal advice of any nature. For legal guidance, we advise you to consult with a licensed attorney or legal aid. 

To promote open dialogue without concern for redistribution and to maintain integrity, privacy, and confidentiality, ... participants of our programs are not permitted to record meetings in any form (audio, video, screen capture) unless explicit, written permission granted in advance by Consulting You, LLC.

Unauthorized recordings may be considered a breach of the service agreement and grounds for immediate service termination and cancellation of upcoming appointments. 

All services are prepaid only. 

Deposits are non-refundable, non-reversible, non-shared, non-credited, & non-transferable.

Partial refunds are granted under special conditions, see Service Agreement.

We ensure all provided services are governed by a contractual service agreement outlining the scope, terms, and responsibilities for all parties. The service agreement policy ensures mutual understanding and sets clear expectations to promote a professional, transparent, and effective working relationship. 

We are not allowed to schedule sessions without a signed and agreed upon service agreement. 

Clients will have up to (5) business days from the payment clearance date to sign the agreement. An "eSignature" email will be sent for your electronic signature and a copy of the signed Service Agreement will be sent back to you for your records.

Unauthorized attendees who are in the vicinity of the virtual meeting space is prohibited. Unauthorized access or background activity may trigger an unauthorized access lockout. 

The virtual platform experience process:

• Participants will submit to a name verification process prior to gaining access into the private virtual platform in which will time-stamp in the attendance history. -- Once logged in, please remain in the virtual lobby until the host allows you entry access to start the meeting. 

• Attendees are encouraged to sign into the remote platform (10) minutes prior to the start time. Late participants will have access into the meeting for the first (20) minutes after the start of the meeting by which the entry will close thereafter.

• In the case of technical issues:  If the participant logs into the platform within the first (20) minutes of the start time and the history time-stamps their attendance the virtual platform will allow you back into the meeting space, if you are accidently kicked out for reasons of:  a dropped line, stall, frozen screen, otherwise the system will close for non-attendance. 

• We understand mishaps happens, therefore, if you will be late or will not attend the meeting within the (20) minute grace period, please reach out to us directly through text and/or phone call:     (817) 527-2222    or   (817) 908-7787 

• The virtual platform is an online conference and meeting space. Participants can use a desktop, tablet, or laptop device. 

• The computer device must have a strong WIFI internet connection and be plugged into a power outlet. This is to prevent any service interruptions or power outages.

• We do not recommend using cellphone devices due to frequency interferences.

• Participants must have properly functional audio and camera equipment installed on their device. Otherwise, the attendee will not be able to hear or be seen in the virtual space; by which the meeting may be cancelled and considered forfeited or additionally charged to reschedule the missed session.

• We highly recommend a headset device be worn during the entire session. This is to block excessive background noise and aid with better hearing and learning experience.
