It all began in the early 1990's when Melissa Faye developed a deep commitment to helping individuals recognize and pursue their entrepreneurial aspirations. Through a personalized approach that centers on each of her client's unique skills and strengths, she used innovative techniques to guide each client through a transformative journey of self-discovery and created a platform that inspires individuals and leaders to embrace new opportunities toward reaching thier full potential.
Professional Career
Backed by over (30) years of industry experience, Melissa Faye works alongside her team to deliver expert guidance and comprehensive support. Their work focuses on streamlined and reliable operational processes to strengthen businesses, nonprofits, and future entreprenuerial leaders.
Melissa is currently pursuing a Master of Chaplaincy at Dallas Theological Seminary, where she is studying ministerial counseling and spiritual leadership. In addtion to her academic work, she serves as a Senior Executive and Human Resource professional in the corporate sector. Melissa practices as a faith-based intercessor and serves as a Lead Business Consultant.
Melissa is currently in the early planning stages of launching a series of (3)-Day Women Empowerment Retreats, scheduled to begin in mid-2027.
