Christian Counseling Support Request Form

• Fill out the Request Form, please ensure all information is correct before submitting. 

• After submission, a confirmation notice will be sent to your email inbox. If you do not see the confirmation notice in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

• Within 48-72 hours, a private calendar invitation link will be sent to your email to schedule your first complimentary session. The calendar link is time-sensitive, allowing up to 48 hours to book your meeting. 

• After booking your meeting, we meet you in our private conference platform. The meeting will be held at the time and date that you arranged on the calendar invitation. Please be on time! Our representative will wait up to (10) minutes after the start time prior to cancelling the session.

--  Our Christian Counseling Support Services focus on individualized care through one-on-one sessions. This allows us to provide dedicated, personalized attention to one client, at a time. 

--  We do not currently offer family, couple, or group-based counseling services. 

--  Our services are non-therapeutic and do not substitute for mental health therapy care or counseling. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health disorder or crisis, please seek help from a licensed mental health professional or contact your local 911 emergency services. 

--  We do not make decisions for our clients. We provide thoughtful recommendations grounded in Scripture to help discern next steps, with wisdom and confidence.
